I saw on some past posts that you do grant writing. I was wondering if I could ask you a couple questions about it? I have an possible opportunity to do some grant writing, but I want to make sure I'm not getting in too deep!

I have always had good feedback on letters/papers I have written, but how much more involved is grant writing?
Where do you find people who are willing to give grants? Is there a website or something?
Do you use a standard letter or is each grant completely customized?
With research/writing/everything included, approximately how much time is involved in each grant?
Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated.
