I use a virtual post office box and love it! They even handle depositing all snail mailed checks for me. Using a PO box (or even a virtual one) also gives you an additional layer of protection so not everyone can find your home address. (safety factor)

TMVAS, I'm not sure what Asana's model is anymore - you can work around their "pricing" though by just creating a different workspace for each client if you need the spaces to be private. I believe you can have 30 team members in Asana at no cost.
